Time Guzzlers in Projects
We carried out this study after becoming aware during the course of our consultancy work that certain phases of projects were so time-consuming that they were crying out for simplified and accelerative methods of project management. A topic that is the subject of increasing attention. In projects, many people have to battle against the same problems. Even though the projects place differing demands on the complexity of the methods of support, there is one common factor: the desire of all project members for simple and powerful methods, tools and tips that can be implemented quickly in order to successfully carry out their projects without having to experience time-consuming and nerve-racking situations. further information

Top Tools for Projects
Project management methods and tools are important, but they should not be the be-all and end-all. They should help project leaders to solve problems in the company and implement corporate strategy – so that the company is successful in the marketplace and thus advances further. The key question in this survey was: “What tools do project leaders need in order to be able to complete their projects quickly and in a target-oriented manner, without having to devote unnecessary effort to methodology? There was a choice of 32 PM tools and 131 participants answered our questions. further information
